Insecurity Guards

Walang silbi, ubod ng tanga at duwag ang mga sikyu ng Spazio. Imagine, last July 8, nireport ko sa kanila ang pag iingay ng mga lasenggo sa itaas ko, imbes na mapatigil nila ang ingay, hinayaan pa nila na lusubin ako nung isang lasenggo, pinagtatadyakan pinto ko, nagsisigaw at naghamon ng suntukan. Nasa 5th floor ang mga lasenggo, bakit nila (2 sikyu) pinayagan na bumaba sa 4th floor at lusubin ako. Dapat pinigilan nila, eh teenager at maliit lang itong kumag na ito. Noong pabalik na ako sa unit ko from the guardhouse, nag pa escort ako sa guard, inabangan ako sa hallway ng mga lasenggo, natakot ang guard at bumalik na lang kami sa guardhouse, hindi niya raw kaya. Anong klaseng guard ang ganito? May baril ka, ikaw pa ang natakot. Dapat itawag sa inyo ay "INSECURITY GUARDS", dahil hindi ninyo masecure ang lugar. Ano pa ang silbi ninyo sa Spazio, simple problem hindi niyo maayos, kaya hindi nakakapagtaka madaming nakawan nangyayari sa Spazio. Simpleng problema hindi ninyo kinaya, eh yun pa kayang mga nakawan ng mga mamahaling gamit sa mga condo units at agawan sa parking space pa kaya? Balita ko pa nga, kasabwat ang mga insecurity guards na ito sa mga nakawan sa Spazio. Insecurity guards kinakasabwat ang mga karpintero sa nakawan. Inside job. Titira pa ba kayo sa ganitong lugar? PHINMA PROPERTIES ang developer ng Spazio Bernardo, bibili at titira pa ba kayo sa mga dinevelop nila? Kaya pala madaming unit owners na binebenta at pinapa rent ang unit nila at nagrerent na lang sila sa ibang mas maayos at safe na tirahan. So the next time you buy or decide to invest your money on properties, be sure that it's not from PHINMA PROPERTIES.

Stupid "Panchito" Jamlig

The stupid property administrator of Spazio Bernardo named Panchito este Pancho Jamlig didn't issue any sanctions about the incident last July 8. That incident was a very serious offense. Pancho or Procracio (ang bantot ng pangalan) Jamlig has no balls to do it. Walang bayag itong tao na ito, tutal mukha ngang bakla with his stupid "three stooges" haircut. Mag resign ka na lang. You're just fooling the residents there about your condo rules and sanctions. Ano kaya pinagmeemeetingan nyo 3 times a week? Paano mangolekta ng condo dues? Hindi nakakapagtaka na madaming hindi nagbabayad ng condo dues, kasi hindi nila makita kung saan napupunta ito at malamang binubulsa nyo lang. Bakit pa magbabayad ng condo dues ang mga residents kung hindi naman maayos ang Spazio. Walang kaayusan, magulo at parang squatter's area. Dapat tanggalin na lang iyang admin. My advice to all the residents, don't pay the condo dues, you won't get your money's worth.

Mga Baklang Lasenggo

Mga baklang pipitsugin na sina Kerr "Mama's Boy" Sismoan, Philip the baboy, at yung nagpakilalang laki sa amerika. Sino ang bakla sa atin, mag isa ako laban sa 10 katao? Malakas ang loob ninyo kapag nakainom kayo, grupo at alam niyo na may aawat sa inyo. Subukan nyo akong hamunin kapag solo lang kayo. May hawak pa kayong bote. Pwede nga kayong barilin ng gwardya kung ginalaw nyo ako. Tama yun para diretso na kayo sa impiyerno. Doon na kayong mag ingay at maglasingan. Matapang lang itong si Kerr kapag may kasama, noong nagkaharap tayong dalawa sa club house, pinagmumura kita sa harap ng madaming tao, may nagawa ka ba? Kung matapang ka, eh sana hinamon mo ako ng suntukan nung oras na yun. Nagmadali ka ngang umalis at nagpaalam kay Pancho (admin). Sino ngayon ang bakla sa atin? Kung hindi ba naman talaga kayong mga BAKLA!!! MGA WALANGHIYA, GAGO, SUPOT, AT BAKLA ITONG MGA NAKATIRA SA UNIT 9353!!!

The Admin Can't Be Reached

I called the admin office last July 9 and was told that the admin is in a meeting at the main office. I called again in the morning of July 10, but no one is answering the phone. The admin had been in the meeting three times a week and unavailable in the office. I filed two written complaints during his absence but he disregard it. It should have been the 2nd and 3rd offense for the drunkards which has a penalty of P3000 and P5000. My 4th written complaint last July 8 should have been penalized by EVICTION. This proves that he's not serious in implementing the condo rules and sanctions. The condo rules manual is now just a piece of paper.

Hindi rin nakakapagtaka na tuloy tuloy pa rin ang pag iingay ng mga nirereklamo ko, nananadya na nga. Problems are not solved, it's like living in a squatter's area where lawlessness prevails and lots of crimes are committed everyday.

Crimes

These are the crimes committed in Spazio Bernardo as told by the barangay and some residents in Spazio. There might be much more, but these are the only ones that i've heard and personally experienced.

1. Fights - i experienced this when the drunkards living above my unit challenged me to a fight last July 8. It also occurred during the ihaw-ihaw activity few months ago between two drunkards when a drunkard accused the other of peeping his girlfriend.

2. Theft - 3 condo units were forcibly opened by thieves in broad daylight. Laptops and other valuable items were stolen. The thieves have not been caught. This is believe to be an inside job.

3. Carnapping - a vehicle was stolen inside the vicinity of Spazio.

4. Peeping (pamboboso) - i don't have much info about this, it might be related to crime #1.

Analysis And Solutions

Madali lang naman masolve itong problema kung gugustuhin ng admin, kaso may palakasan kasi. Iimplement nya lang ang sanctions, 4th offense, the sanction is EVICTION. Eh naka 40 offense na ito since April, 2010. Bakit di niya magawa? Bakit hindi niya ipagbawal ang inuman at lasingan lalo na sa oras na dapat natutulog na ang mga tao. Bakit hindi niya pagbawalan makapasok sa gate ng Spazio yung nagpakilalang Fil Am na lumusob at pinagtatadyakan ang pinto ko at naghamon ng suntukan. Bisita at outsider lang siya dito. Ang tapang pa niya, naka drugs malamang. Dapat pagbawalan niya rin si Philip na isa ring naghamon ng suntukan sa akin, nakikitira lang itong baboy na ito.
Madaming dahilan kung ayaw, madaling gawin kung gugustuhin. Mukhang hinihintay pa ni admin na magpatayan pa kami at may mamatay bago siya kikilos. Mga bata lang itong mga maiingay na lasenggo, ang sisiga na, na parang sila ang may ari ng buong Spazio Bernardo. Habang bata pa ang mga ito, dapat putulan na ng mga sungay at buntot.

Blotter And Second Sanction

On July 8, 2010 after lunch, kinatok ako ng head of security at ng isang imbestigador, pumunta kami sa admin office at nag usap kami kasama ang admin, they advice me na ipa blotter ito sa barangay for my safety and proper procedure for them to implement the necessary actions. Pina blotter ko ang pangyayaring yun sa barangay kasama ang OIC head of security, the barangay issued 3 certified true copy of my written report (blotter). One copy for me, for the admin, and for the oic head of security. The admin promised me that he will issue the second sanction to the respondents.

Bigger Problems Occurred On July 8

Noong July 8, 2010, 2:30am, tinawagan ko ang guard para ireport ang pag iingay na naman ng mga taga unit 9353 (12am pa nagsimulang mag ingay mga yan). Pagkatapos silang pagsabihan ng guard, lalo silang nag ingay, pinupukpok ang kama sa sahig ng madaming beses, etc. Nireport ko uli ito sa guard, tinawagan ko ang barangay at pulis para rumesponde. Makalipas ng ilang minuto, dumating ang guard at mga barangay tanod, pinagsabihan sila, imbes na tumigil, nilusob ako ng isang lasing na nag iingles, pinagtatadyakan ang pinto ko, nagsisigaw, minumura ako, lumabas daw ako, laking Amerika daw siya at magsuntukan kami. Lumabas ako ng unit ko, sinalubong ako nitong Fil Am, Kerr Sismoan, Philip (Pinsan ni kerr), at isa pang di ko nakilala. Pinagmumura nila ako, dinirty finger, tinawag akong bakla at hinamon ng suntukan. Inawat sila ng mga guard at mga tanod. 15 minutes nagtagal ang pangyayaring ito, bumaba ako sa ground floor dahil dumating na ang mga pulis. Kinausap ko sila, advise nila na ayusin ito sa barangay. Pumunta ako sa guard house kasama ang guard para gumawa ng report. Nung pabalik na ako sa unit ko bandang 3:45am, sinamahan ako ng guard, nakita namin na nakadungaw sila sa bintana nila at mukhang babatuhin kami ng bote, naisipan namin na bumalik na lang sa guard house. After 30 minutes, nagpasama uli ako sa guard sa unit ko, pero nung nsa hagdanan pa lang kami sa ground floor, nakita ng guard na inaabangan ako sa hallway, nakita nila ang guard at nagsisigaw ng " Oh, ano na!!!" Bumalik uli ako sa guard house at nagpalipas hanggang 6am. After 6am na ako nakabalik sa unit ko.

Admin's Mistake

Mr. Pancho Jamlig, our building administrator didn't issue sanctions on my two written complaint on July 5 and 7. That should have been the 2nd and 3rd sanctions. Why?

Will The Admin Issue The 4th Sanction?

Fourth sanction is EVICTION according to the condo rules manual. Kaya ba iimplement ng admin ito? Mukha kasing nahihiya at takot ang admin dito sa mga respondents.
Public Disturbance is a serious type of offense as stated in the manual. Tama lang na ma evict ang mga ito kung hindi na madaan sa pakiusap at sa pag penalty ng cash.

Drugs

Bakit gabi gabi gising ang mga taga unit 9353, nag iingay at umaabot pa ng 7am ang pag iingay nila. Nag iinuman at nagiging wild, nakaka istorbo na sa mga ibang residents na gustong magpahinga at matulog dahil may trabaho pa kinabukasan. Mula parking lot pa lang, nagsisigawan na, paakyat ng hagdanan hanggang makapasok sa unit nila. Tuloy tuloy ang sigawan, pinupukpok ang sahig nila, binabagsak ang gamit sa sahig na nagvivibrate hanggang sa unit ko, tawanan at cheering na parang nasa basketball game sila. Alam ko nananadya na ang mga ito, sabi nga ni Kerr last month, KUNG DI MO KAYA ANG INGAY NAMIN, UMALIS KA!!! PWEDE NAMING GAWIN ANG GUSTO NAMIN HABANG NASA LOOB KAMI NG AMING UNIT. Sabi naman ng pinsan nya na mataba, KUNG GUSTO MO NG TAHIMIK, TUMIRA KA SA BUNDOK!!!

Hindi normal na hindi natutulog ang isang tao, hindi kaya ng isang pangkaraniwang tao na gising 24 oras o higit pa pwera lang kung gumagamit ng drugs na kagaya ng Shabu. Tsaka iba ang ikinikilos nila, kapag pinagsasabihan sila ng maayos na huwag mag ingay, sila pa ang galit at lalong iniingayan para mainis lalo yung nagrereklamo. Binigyan na sila ng sanction with a penalty of cash. Bakit tuloy tuloy pa rin ang pag iingay at lumala pa? Di normal ang ganitong klaseng reaksyon. Kaya pumapasok sa isipan ko na baka naka Shabu ang mga ito. Iniimbestigahan ko na ito ngayon, kapag napatunayan ko na gumagamit ng drugs ang mga ito, irereport ko ito agad sa PDEA.

Witnesses

These are the witnesses who proved that these drunkards are making disturbing noises such as shouting at the hallways and foyer, banging on the floors and drinking almost every night (midnight).

1. The Security Guards - these are the guys who responded to the scene everytime i report it, they have written reports on numerous occasions that can prove it. They have responded more than 30 times as of this day.

2. Barangay Tanods - have responded three times and had issued a written report to prove it.

3. Building Residents - these are residents who lives in the same building on the 2nd, 4th and 5th floors. These residents knew these drunkards very well and told me about it.

4. Janitor - he cleans the hallway every morning, had told me that broken pieces of alcoholic bottles are left on the hallway outside of their unit (9353).

Meetings And Delayed Sanction

Nag ingay na naman ang mga kenkoy noong July 7 ng madaling araw, i went to the admin office in the afternoon of that day to complain but the admin was not there, nsa meeting daw so i just file a written complaint. Bakit laging nasa meeting sina Asela Domingo (supervisor ni Pancho at nag oopisina sa Fountain Breeze site) at si Pancho Jamlin? Tuwing tatawag ako kay Asela nasa meeting lagi araw araw and anytime of the day. Nag pa return call ako, di naman tumawag. Ano ang pinag uusapan ninyo sa meeting, pinag uusapan ba ninyo ang mga problema dito sa Spazio? Yung concern ko, hindi pa rin nasosolve. Lumala pa nga. Sinaction na ba talaga ni Pancho? Bakit ang iingay pa rin at lumala pa, pati sa araw nag iingay na rin. Habang sinusulat ko ito ngayon, 8:20 pm, nagsisigawan sila sa taas na parang mga sira ulo sa mental hospital.

Kaninang 3pm, ang ingay, nagpupukpok sila, martilyo ang gamit, binagsak pa sa sahig kaya ang sakit sa tenga.

Second Sanction

Last July 5, 2010, i went to the admin office and filed a written complaint against Kerr Sismoan et al of unit 9353 regarding violation of condo rule 11.1 and 11.6 made on July 2, 3 and 5. Pancho was not there so he received it on the next day, July 6. I assumed that he issued the second sanction on the respondents which has a penalty of P3000.

Condominium Rules And Sanctions

This is the Spazio Bernardo Manual which contains the house rules and sanctions. Rule 11.1 says that PUBLIC DISTURBANCE INCLUDES EXCESSIVE AND DISTURBING NOISES OR VIBRATIONS WHICH WOULD UNREASONABLY INTERFERE WITH THE RIGHTS, COMFORT OR CONVENIENCE OF OTHER UNIT OWNERS . This is considered to be a serious offense according to this manual. The sanctions are, FIRST OFFENSE - P1000 PENALTY, SECOND OFFENSE - P3000 PENALTY, THIRD OFFENSE - P5000 PENALTY, FOURTH OFFENSE - LEGAL ACTION TO EVICTION.
Rule 11.6 says that SHOUTING AT HALLWAYS AND FOYERS IS CONSIDERED AS PUBLIC DISTURBANCE.
These two rules are violated almost every day and every night by these drunkards living above my unit since December 2009.
I've been complaining to the admin for more than 40 times for the past 3 months about these incidents. The admin didn't do any action because they're protecting their good relationship with the mother of this drunkard. Fyi, the mother of this drunkard and mama's boy named Kerr Sismoan owns a hardware and supplies construction materials to the admin office for the past 3 to 4 years.
Finally, after a lot of stupid alibis and debates between me and Pancho (the admin), he decided to implement the house rules and sanctions on June 24, 2010. Last June 29, i complained again about these noise incidents and he told me that he will sanctioned them with a penalty of P1000 (i hope that this is true because he didn't want to give me a copy of that sanctioned letter). Again, last July 2 and 3, these two rules are violated again. I don't know what he will do next after i complain tomorrow.
My advice to Mr. Pancho Jamlig, the building administrator of Spazio Bernardo, GAWIN MO ANG TRABAHO MO, SAYANG LANG ANG SINESWELDO SAYO AT PAGBABAYAD NAMIN NG CONDO DUES EVERY MONTH KUNG NAGBIBILANG KA LANG NG BUTIKI SA OFFICE. PANATILIHIN MO MAAYOS AT MAPAYAPA ANG SPAZIO BY IMPLEMENTING CONDO RULES AND SANCTIONS PARA DI MAGKAROON NG GULO AT KRIMEN DITO NA PARANG SQUATTER'S AREA. WALANG PALAKASAN. NAHIHIYA KA PANG BIGYAN NG SANCTION ITONG HINAYUPAK NA MAMA'S BOY NA NIREREKLAMO KO. KUNG DI MO KAYA GAWIN ANG TRABAHO MO, MAG RESIGN KA NA LANG!!!

Spazio Bernardo Sucks

Nakatira ako dito sa Spazio Bernardo Condo. Noong April 2010 ko pa nirereklamo ito. Tuwing 12am to 6am, ang iingay ng mga lasing dito sa taas ng unit ko, nagsisigawan at kinakalampag, pinupukpok ang kanilang sahig (kisame ko), taga unit 9353 sila, Kerr Sismoan ang pangalan ng putang inang maingay na ito, walang magawa ang inutil na admin dito, may condo rules and sanctions pero di maimplement ang mga ito, madaming dahilan at palusot ang admin na si Pancho Jamlig, may palakasan kasi, supplier kasi nila ng construction materials ang nanay ng nirereklamo ko. Putang ina ang mga ito!!!
